早上听到某电台的听众传短讯说（意思大概是）：
现在是企业家/生意人除去不良员工的好时机。
听起来，有一定的道理，怎么说？
经济好的时候，如果一间公司随意裁员，会被说不人道，公司明明赚钱，做么要裁员什么的。
所以，现在是给企业主整理公司内部的时候，对自己的员工评估，以便经济恢复时大家一起成长~
另一方面，
如果企业主要请人，现在也是好时机。
因为有较多的人才可以选择，而且可能会比较忠心，毕竟你在人家最需要支助时扶他一把！

Yeah. I lack skills. I'm in university trying to pick up skills but so far they ain't sticking.
